الملخص
يمر المشهد الأمني في غرب أفريقيا بمنعطف بنيوي عميق تجاوز حدود النزاعات التقليدية ليفرز بيئة أمنية مركبة ومستجدة، حيث تتقاطع فيها التهديدات العابرة للحدود، كالإرهاب والجريمة المنظمة، مع مأزق الهشاشة المؤسساتية والتقلبات السياسية العنيفة، فضلاً عن الارتدادات المباشرة للصراع الجيوسياسي الدولي وتغير خريطة التحالفات بالإقليم، مما يضعف آليات التنسيق الأمني المشترك. وتأسساً على قصور المقاربات التقليدية والاقتصار على الحلول العسكرية الصرفة، تسعى هذه الورقة إلى تفكيك أبعاد هذا التحول المعاصر، كما تستهدف رصد محركات هذه الأزمات البنيوية ومظاهرها الأساسية، مع تحليل عميق لانعكاسات هذا الواقع على هندسة الأمن الإقليمي. وتنطلق الدراسة من فرضية مركزية مفادها أن الاستقرار يشهد تحولاً جذرياً في عقيدته وفلسفته التنظيمية داخل دول المنطقة، حيث ينتقل الإقليم من النموذج الكلاسيكي المتمحور حول سيادة الدولة والأطر التنسيقية التقليدية إلى نمط هجين ومكتظ بالفاعلين. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن مقاربة الاستقرار في هذا الفضاء تستلزم تجاوز الرؤية الأمنية الضيقة لصالح نموذج تنموي تكاملي شامل يربط عضوياً بين ثالوث الأمن والتنمية والحكامة، توازياً مع إكساب المنظمات الإقليمية مرونة تتيح لها التكيف.

Abstract
The security landscape in West Africa is undergoing a profound structural turning point that transcended traditional conflict boundaries to yield a complex, emerging security environment, where trans-boundary threats, like terrorism and organized crime, intersect with institutional fragility and violent political upheavals, alongside direct repercussions of global geopolitical conflicts and shifting regional alliances that weaken joint security coordination mechanisms. Building on the deficiency of traditional approaches and reliance on purely military solutions, this paper seeks to deconstruct this contemporary transformation's dimensions, aiming to track these structural crises' drivers and manifestations, with a deep analysis of their implications on regional security architecture. The study proceeds from a central hypothesis that stability witnesses a radical transformation in its doctrine and organizational philosophy within the region, shifting from a state-centric model to a hybrid, multi-actor pattern, concluding that stability demands an integrative framework linking security, development, and governance with adaptive organizational flexibility.
