1. OPEN ACCESS POLICY

Revue Internationale de Droit et des Affaires is a fully Open Access scholarly journal.

Readers have immediate free online access to published Open Access scholarly articles without subscription or reader access charges.

2. CREATIVE COMMONS LICENCE

Published Open Access articles are made available under the:

Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Subject to the terms of CC BY 4.0, users may share and adapt licensed material, including for commercial purposes, provided appropriate attribution is given and all applicable licence requirements are respected.

3. COPYRIGHT

Authors retain copyright in their published articles.

Authors grant Revue Internationale de Droit et des Affaires the right to publish the article as the version of record and to identify the Journal as the original venue of publication.

4. AUTHOR RIGHTS

Authors may disseminate and reuse their published articles in accordance with the applicable CC BY 4.0 licence and publication agreement.

Authors are encouraged to identify and cite the Journal’s published version.

5. REPOSITORY DEPOSIT

Authors may deposit or share their published articles through appropriate:

• institutional repositories;

• scholarly repositories;

• academic profiles;

• personal academic websites;

• other lawful scholarly dissemination channels,

in accordance with the applicable licence.

6. ATTRIBUTION

Reuse should appropriately identify:

• the author(s);

• article title;

• Revue Internationale de Droit et des Affaires;

• relevant publication information;

• the CC BY 4.0 licence;

• modifications, where applicable.

7. THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL

Authors are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for third-party copyrighted material that is not covered by the article’s Creative Commons licence.

8. IMMEDIATE OPEN ACCESS

The Journal provides immediate Open Access to published scholarly articles without a subscription embargo period.

9. SCHOLARLY DISSEMINATION

The Journal may provide article metadata and eligible scholarly content to DOI registration agencies, indexing and abstracting services, repositories, archiving and preservation services, scholarly discovery systems, and academic platforms.

This supports the visibility, discoverability, preservation, and international dissemination of research published by the Journal.

تُتيح مجلة القانون والأعمال الوصول المفتوح الفوري إلى محتواها انطلاقًا من مبدأ أن إتاحة الأبحاث مجانًا للجمهور تُسهم في تعزيز التبادل المعرفي العالمي.

مجلة القانون والأعمال هي مجلة مفتوحة الوصول، ما يعني أن جميع محتوياتها متاحة مجانًا دون أي رسوم على المستخدم أو مؤسسته. يُسمح للمستخدمين بقراءة النصوص الكاملة للمقالات وتنزيلها ونسخها وتوزيعها وطباعتها والبحث فيها والربط بها، أو استخدامها لأي غرض قانوني آخر، دون الحاجة إلى الحصول على إذن مسبق من الناشر أو المؤلف، شريطة ذكر المصدر.
