مجلة القانون والأعمال الدولية (Revue Internationale de Droit et des Affaires) مجلة علمية أكاديمية محكّمة تُعنى بنشر البحوث والدراسات الأصيلة في مختلف فروع القانون والأعمال والعلوم ذات الصلة.
تصدر المجلة في إطار أكاديمي عن جامعة الحسن الأول بالمغرب – كلية العلوم القانونية والسياسية – مختبر البحث في قانون الأعمال، وتلتزم بالجودة العلمية والاستقلالية التحريرية والنزاهة وأخلاقيات البحث والنشر.

رسالتنا العلمية
توفر المجلة فضاءً أكاديميًا موثوقًا لنشر الأبحاث القانونية الرصينة، وتشجع الدراسات التي تقدم إسهامات أصلية في تطوير المعرفة القانونية وفهم التحولات التشريعية والقضائية والمؤسساتية المعاصرة. وتجمع رسالتها بين الأصالة العلمية والدقة المنهجية والانفتاح الدولي.
الأهداف والنطاق
تهدف المجلة إلى دعم البحث العلمي الأصيل، وتشجيع الدراسات القانونية المقارنة، ومواكبة التطورات التشريعية والقضائية، ودراسة الأبعاد القانونية للتحولات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتكنولوجية، وتعزيز التعاون بين الباحثين والجامعات والمؤسسات الأكاديمية.
تستقبل المجلة الأبحاث في القانون المدني والتجاري، وقانون الأعمال والشركات، والقانون الاقتصادي والمالي والبنكي، والاستثمار والمنافسة وحماية المستهلك، والقانون الجنائي والإداري والدستوري، والقانون الدولي العام والخاص، وحقوق الإنسان، وقانون الشغل والأسرة والعقار، والملكية الفكرية، والتحكيم والوسائل البديلة لتسوية المنازعات، والقانون الرقمي والذكاء الاصطناعي، والأمن السيبراني وحماية البيانات، والتجارة الإلكترونية والعدالة الرقمية، والحكامة والسياسات العامة.
كما ترحب بالدراسات المقارنة ومتعددة التخصصات التي تربط القانون بالاقتصاد والإدارة والتكنولوجيا والعلوم السياسية والاجتماعية.
التحكيم العلمي
تخضع الأبحاث، بعد الفحص التحريري الأولي، لنظام التحكيم العلمي المزدوج المجهول (Double-Blind Peer Review)، وتُحال إلى محكّمين متخصصين اثنين على الأقل. ويستند قرار النشر إلى الأصالة العلمية وسلامة المنهج وجودة التحليل واحترام قواعد التوثيق وأخلاقيات البحث، مع ضمان سرية التحكيم واستقلاليته والحد من تضارب المصالح.
اللغات المعتمدة
تنشر المجلة الأبحاث باللغات العربية والفرنسية والإنجليزية، وتحرص على توفير البيانات الببليوغرافية الأساسية، بما فيها العناوين والملخصات والكلمات المفتاحية باللغة الإنجليزية، لتعزيز قابلية اكتشاف الأبحاث وانتشارها دوليًا.
دورية النشر
تصدر المجلة ستة أعداد عادية سنويًا، بواقع عدد كل شهرين: فبراير، أبريل، يونيو، غشت، أكتوبر ودجنبر. ويمكن إصدار أعداد خاصة أو ملاحق علمية دون التأثير في انتظام الأعداد العادية.
الوصول المفتوح والنزاهة العلمية
تعتمد المجلة سياسة الوصول المفتوح، بما يتيح الاطلاع على الأبحاث المنشورة والاستفادة منها إلكترونيًا وفق سياسة حقوق النشر والترخيص المعتمدة. كما ترفض الانتحال، والتلاعب بالبيانات أو النتائج، والنشر المكرر أو المتزامن بصورة غير مشروعة، والتأليف غير الصحيح، وإخفاء تضارب المصالح، وكل ما يمس استقلالية التحكيم أو نزاهة السجل العلمي.

Revue Internationale de Droit et des Affaires (مجلة القانون والأعمال الدولية) is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to publishing original scholarship in law, business law, and related disciplines.
The Journal is published within the academic framework of Hassan First University, Morocco – Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences – Business Law Research Laboratory. It is committed to scholarly quality, editorial independence, research integrity, and responsible publishing.

The Journal provides a reliable academic forum for rigorous legal research and encourages original contributions that advance legal knowledge and deepen understanding of contemporary legislative, judicial, and institutional developments. Its mission combines scholarly originality, methodological rigor, and international engagement.
Aims and Scope
The Journal promotes original and comparative legal research, examines legislative and judicial developments, explores the legal dimensions of economic, social, and technological change, and supports cooperation among researchers, universities, and academic institutions.
Its scope includes civil and commercial law; business and corporate law; economic, financial, and banking law; investment, competition, and consumer protection; criminal, administrative, and constitutional law; public and private international law; human rights; labour, family, and property law; intellectual property; arbitration and alternative dispute resolution; digital law and artificial intelligence; cybersecurity and data protection; e-commerce and digital justice; governance and public policy.
The Journal also welcomes comparative and interdisciplinary research connecting law with economics, management, technology, political science, and the social sciences.
Peer Review
Following an initial editorial screening, submissions are evaluated through a Double-Blind Peer Review process and are normally assessed by at least two subject specialists. Publication decisions are based on originality, methodological soundness, analytical quality, proper documentation, and compliance with research ethics. The Journal safeguards the confidentiality and independence of peer review and seeks to prevent conflicts of interest.
Languages
The Journal publishes scholarship in Arabic, French, and English. It seeks to provide essential bibliographic information—including English titles, abstracts, and keywords—to improve the international discoverability and visibility of published research.
Publication Frequency
The Journal publishes six regular issues per year on a bimonthly basis: February, April, June, August, October, and December. Special issues or scholarly supplements may be published without affecting the regular schedule.
Open Access and Research Integrity
The Journal follows an open-access policy, allowing readers to access and benefit from published research online in accordance with its copyright and licensing policies. It rejects plagiarism, data or result manipulation, improper duplicate or simultaneous submission, inaccurate authorship, undisclosed conflicts of interest, and any conduct that compromises the independence of peer review or the integrity of the scholarly record.
