الملخص
يشكل توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي داخل المؤسسات السجنية المغربية خطوة متقدمة في فلسفة تدبير الشأن السجني، حيث لم يعد الهدف مقتصرا على المقاربة التقليدية، بل أصبح يتجه نحو منطق وقائي واستباقي يعتمد على التنبؤ بالسلوك وإعادة التأهيل. إذ يساهم في تعزيز التدبير الوقائي من خلال تحليل سلوك النزلاء ورصد المؤشرات الدالة على العنف أو إيذاء النفس، كما يعتمد على خوارزميات دقيقة لتصنيف النزلاء حسب درجات الخطورة ومواكبة تطور سلوكهم. وفي المقابل، يثير هذا التحول مجموعة من الإشكالات المرتبطة باستعماله، مما يفرض ضرورة الحذر في استخدامه. وعلى مستوى التأهيل، يسهم الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير التعليم داخل السجون، إلى جانب دعم برامج التكوين المهني، بما يرفع من فرص إعادة الإدماج بعد الإفراج. كما يبرز دوره في المجال الصحي، مما يتيح تدخلا علاجيا أكثر دقة وفعالية.

Abstract
The use of artificial intelligence within Moroccan prison institutions represents an advanced step in the philosophy of prison management. The objective is no longer limited to the traditional approach; rather, it is moving towards a preventive and proactive model based on behavior prediction and rehabilitation. AI contributes to strengthening preventive management by analyzing inmates’ behavior and detecting indicators of violence or self-harm. It also relies on sophisticated algorithms to classify inmates according to their level of risk and to monitor the evolution of their behavior. However, this transformation raises a number of issues related to its use, which necessitates caution in its implementation. In terms of rehabilitation, artificial intelligence contributes to improving education within prisons, while also supporting vocational training programs, thereby increasing opportunities for social reintegration after release. Its role is also evident in the healthcare sector, allowing for more accurate and effective medical interventions.
